Shipping policy
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before you complete your order.
We offer the following shipping options:
Within Germany:
- Standard shipping: €4.50
- Free shipping for orders over €80.00
Shipping within Europe (e.g., Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and others):
- Flat rate: €8.00
Shipping worldwide (e.g., Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, USA, and others):
- Flat rate: €22.00
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Delivery Times
Unless a different delivery time is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered:
- Within Germany: approximately 2–4 business days after receipt of payment
- Within Europe: approximately 5–10 business days after receipt of payment
- Worldwide: approximately 10–20 business days after receipt of payment
No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
3. Shipping Service Provider
Shipping is via DHL (or an equivalent shipping service provider).
After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
4. Delivery Restrictions
Deliveries are currently only possible to addresses in the countries listed above.
Delivery to Packstations is possible.
5. Unaccepted or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address information or non-acceptance, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs.
